PTXRE operates independently in the fields of Transaction Advisory, Valuation, and Debt & Structured Finance, and exclusively leverages neoshare’s SaaS and process solutions for its consulting operations.

Valuation services are conducted by neoshare Valuation GmbH, a legally independent, wholly owned subsidiary of PTXRE. This deliberate separation ensures regulatory compliance and safeguards the independence essential for unbiased valuation practices.
